I am a firm believer that the future of medicine is in the cloud. Medicine shares many core elements with Customer (Patient) Relationship Management.
In a clinical setting, we treat patients as leads, admissions as opportunities, and recovery as successful case management. By contributing to provincial E-Health initiatives and mastering Salesforce, I am bridging the gap between clinical practice and technical innovation.
The Path to Certification
Certified Administrator & Future Architect
Successfully passed the Salesforce Administrator Exam. Currently studying for the Platform App Builder certification and mastering Superbadges to deepen platform expertise.
The Learning Phase
Completed the Mike Wheeler Career Launch Accelerator. Gained proficiency in front-end development through freeCodeCamp, The Odin Project, and the Learn Enough series.
The Digital Awakening
Identified the critical need for interoperable health data systems during frontline clinical practice. This sparked the journey into the Salesforce ecosystem to find scalable solutions for data silos.
